Good sandwiches. Great place for a casual business lunch. Roomy and loud enough to talk to your lunch partner without feeling like everybody can hear you.

This is my 1st time here and I wanted to try it out. I was waiting in line where I was number 3. I waited 10 minutes with no service or not even an acknowledgement. I saw what seemed like a manager and all it looked like was she was checking the register and then left to the back. Customer service is really lacking. I just ended up going next door to Jimmy Johns next door.

Thought I would try this place despite the negative reviews. Everyone needs a chance right? Well I enjoyed the atmosphere inside, it was welcoming as you enter, but that soon changed. As soon as I hit the menu board, I was overwhelmed with the setup and options of the board. And then I saw the price, really $10 for a French dip..... And then the damn staff kept yelling TOASTED every time someone order a toasted sandwich. Come on, yelling restaurant staff is just too over done and no one wants to hear it. Well we ended up paying $25 for two 6" sandwiches and a half full cup of soup. Not what I would call a good deal or family friendly. Sandwich was good but not $10 good. With all the mini van family's looking for a restaurant to take their hundred kids, I don't see this place lasting long. Sorry.

Not worth the $10 spent. If you want an extremely dry and bland sandwich this is the place for you. Has potential, but has a ways to go before I would come back.

Wow. $10+ for one sandwich. Not what I would call a good deal. Had the Hot Pastrami sandwich. It was bland, no real good flavor at all. In fact, the only flavor I could really taste was the mustard. The first bite was ok, nothing that would really blow your hair back. After that, it became a chore to eat it. I kept eating it because I couldn't see throwing $10 in the trash. Had the Cuban a couple weeks ago. Again, over priced and hardly any meat in it. What a disappointment. I've been looking for a good Cuban. Guess I'll have to keep looking. Save yourself some indigestion and some serious cash and hit up other sandwich shops around town. You'll get a better tasting sandwich and not have to take out a second mortgage to feed your family. I would only rate a 1/4 to 1/2 star if the app would let me.

Pastrami was delicious. My husband really enjoyed his sandwich as well. The bread was fresh with a generous amount of meat. Prices a little high but quality is worth it

As a bay area native, transplanted to Idaho, I was so happy to see Togo's come to Idaho Falls! So far we've been twice and had the #9, which is the classic hot pastrami and the #24, which is the turkey avocado. Both were exactly like I remembered! We'll be back for sure!

Great pastrami sandwiches. We like the white bread much better than their wheat which was stiff by comparison. Cuban is also a favorite!
